Your registration as a Member in sandrou.gr is desirable in order to make a purchase from our Online Store.

With the introduction of your requested data the acceptance of these Terms of Use and Transactions, you become a Member at sandrou.gr and we open your own Member Account.

 BUYING THROUGH THE STORE

 ORDER

.You can complete your order as a member  After the completion of the order but before the receipt of the products.If the online order has been completed but has not yet been sent, you can cancel it by sending an email to sandrouclothes@gmail.com.

 Upon receipt of the order.

Any refusal to pick up your products upon delivery by the Shipping Company is tantamount to your right of withdrawal.
In the case of a second order, after a previous refusal to receive from the same customer, sandrou.gr will contact the customer to confirm the new order.
In case the same customer refuses to receive his order a second time, then any subsequent order is paid by bank deposit.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS.

Shipping of the products of your order, will be charged with shipping costs (if any) which are added to the final payment amount and are clearly indicated on the final order form
If your order is completed by 12:30 pm, the products will be delivered within three working days.
In case your order is completed by submitting it to us after 12:30 pm, the delivery time increases by one working day.
PAYMENT METHODS

 Cash on delivery method - Payment upon receipt of the order.

When an employee of the courier company arrives at your place to deliver your products to you, you pay in cash the value of your order and any costs that may arise (eg transport costs, cash on delivery), as stated in the form you have received, to your email address

 Payment by Debit or Credit Card.

 Payment by deposit in a Bank Account.

REPLACEMENT - PRODUCT CHANGE

By product change, we mean replacing the product with another variant (size, color, etc.) of the same product code.
Product changes are made only if product variants are available.
We do not accept changes or returns of products, with damaged packaging, or used, or generally with their original condition altered.
